iPhoto with Jim Buckner, December 2, 2009

Hi everyone,

We are very privileged to have Jim Buckner as our guest speaker at our December, 2009 meeting. Jim has been in photography for a long time, and he has a great passion for the Mac and photography.

About Jim: Jim Buckner is a photohobbyist whose parents were part-time professional photographers. His first camera was a Kodak Brownie and then he graduated to a Pony. He is proficient in the use of iPhoto and Photoshop and also employs Painter, Sketch, FotoMagico and PhotoArtist in his works.

About the presentation:
In minutes, the editing features of iPhoto allow graphical corrections, photo enhancements and artistic adjustments that formerly took hours in the darkroom. Establishing a workflow routine, laying out a workspace and demonstrating some helpful tips will be the subjects of this presentation.

To learn more about Jim’s work, see his web site (made on a Mac, of course!):

Wednesday, December 2, 2009
