The Chicago Apple User Group is proud to bring back Michel Ségard for our March presentation. If you do any type of design work - whether it is print or web or video - this presentation will highlight an aspect of design that can make a huge difference in your product, and yet is not as widely known for all the strength it can bring to your work. Our presenter is a former instructor at the School of the Art Institute. His presentation last year was one of the best all year. Virtually everyone will find this interesting, enjoyable and containing many ideas that can be used right away in your work.
Better Communication with Fonts — Fonts carry their own message through their style and application. How they are used in a document affects the final message of the document. This discussion will review the fundamentals of fonts (their categories, styles, etc.) and explore the ways in which the use of fonts can affect content and readability.
