How to Write a Review.
Please read this entire instruction sheet.
Important! Please include your name so you will get credit for writing the review.
A simple way to write a review: Type it in TextEdit or directly into your email window. Just answer these questions like you were telling someone about the product. 1. Name of the product and type (Game, Business, Graphics, Children's etc.)
2. Manufacturer; Include Website address
3. System requirements (Operating System and suggested amount of RAM)
4. What kind of Mac, what operating system and how much RAM do you have?
5. Installation: Easy? Hard? Explain simply what you did and what happened.
6. What did the product actually do? Did it work the way you expected?
7. Did you like it; was it fun; would you recommend it to others?
8. Would you buy it yourself? How would you rate it on a scale of 1 to 5, where 5 is best?
9. What is your level of experience with your computer?
10. What is your summary: The strong points, the weak points, and your recommendations
IMPORTANT! You must include screen shots -- Pictures make a better review. It's Easy! Here's how: To take a screen shot press the apple key, shift and 4. You will see a small +. Position it at the upper left hand corner of the image that you want to take a picture of. Let go of the Apple, Shift 4 keys and drag your mouse so a box appears around the picture. Let go of the mouse button and you'll hear a camera Click! The picture will be on your hard drive called Picture 1, Picture 2, and so forth. For more information go to the Help Menu at the top of your screen, or press apple key-shift-? and the help screen appears.
Please note that reviews submitted in a word processor, such as Microsoft Word, AppleWorks, Mariner Write (etc) will be returned and the reviewer asked to submit the review using TextEdit or an email window.
You MAY type it or copy and paste your finished review into your email message window, or you may attach the SimpleText/TextEdit document to your email. Attach the screen shots as well.
